Ken Bruce: You, Me & The Music will see Ken share his favourite musical memories from growing up, all the way through his 50 years in radio.
During the show some of his favourite tracks from throughout the decades are performed live by the TSG All-Star Band & Singers - an all-star group of UK Musicians & Singers who between them have worked with everyone, from Amy Winehouse and Rod Stewart, to Lionel Richie, Tom Jones and Tina Turner.
As well as Ken telling anecdotes from throughout his career, including discussing his interviews with celebrities from the world of showbusiness including Paul McCartney, Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, Cher, Noel Gallagher, Phil Collins, Bryan Adams, Liam Gallagher, Kylie Minogue, Ed Sheeran, Take That, Status Quo, Dame Helen Mirren, Priscilla Presley and many more.
The DJ will also answer six audience member questions at each show, giving fans the chance to put their own questions to the man who is usually asking them!
Ken said: “This will be such a fun, joyous evening, full of stories and brilliant music – I can’t wait to see you all in Oxford and Woking!”
The debut dates for the show will take place at Oxford New Theatre on Wednesday. November 4, and Woking New Victoria on Wednesday, November 11.
